Diet with fruit

One days by a simple meal with a delicious glass of juice and the mixture can replace your own choice.     an all fruit diet is good cleansing. however you need fiber to flush out the toxins. you would need to be in good health to start on all fruit. and banana is essencial of the fruits as a carb and big fiber fruit. you could find it filling.
