Guess what? many people who consume soft drinks to drink without knowing the dangers.

Some of the reasons we can not deny that:

1. Softdrink drain a lot of water in our bodies. Just as a diuretic that instead of giving water to our bodies, but instead spent it. Processing high level of sugar in softdrinks require large amounts of water in our bodies and we usually need 8-12 glasses of water to drink.
